About Me

Hi, I’m Laura.

I believe people are more than the hardest chapters of their story. Much of my work centers around helping people slow down and explore the patterns, experiences, and meanings that shape how they move through the world.

I’m trained in multiple therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, and I draw from a range of modalities depending on what may be most supportive for the person in front of me. Every individual’s story is different, so my approach is flexible and collaborative. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and create a space where curiosity, compassion, and understanding can unfold at your own pace.

I particularly enjoy working with trauma, meaning-making, generational patterns, and personal growth, and I value creating affirming and supportive spaces for members of the queer community.

Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are, and there isn’t a “right way” to do it. Some days you might come in with something clear you want to talk about, and other days you might not know where to begin. Both are completely welcome.

The name Ananta comes from Sanskrit and means limitless—a reminder that growth and healing are not fixed destinations, but ongoing possibilities.

However you arrive, we can begin there together.
