Individual psychotherapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and explore the experiences that shape how you move through the world. I work with individuals ages 12 and older and draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, depending on what may be most supportive for each person. My work often focuses on trauma, meaning-making, generational patterns, identity, and personal growth. Therapy isn’t about doing things the “right” way—it’s about creating space to better understand yourself and discover new possibilities for moving forward. However you arrive, we can begin there together

Couples therapy offers a space for partners to slow down and better understand the patterns that shape their relationship. Together, we explore communication, conflict, and the deeper experiences that influence how each person shows up in the partnership. My approach focuses on curiosity, understanding, and helping couples reconnect with one another in more meaningful ways. Whether you are navigating challenges, life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy can help create space for new insight and growth together.

Family therapy offers a space for families to slow down and better understand the patterns, communication, and experiences that shape their relationships. Together, we explore ways to strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and support one another through challenges or transitions. My approach focuses on creating a collaborative and respectful environment where each person’s perspective can be heard. Family therapy can help families build greater understanding, resilience, and healthier ways of relating to one another.
What to expect in therapy
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to feel uncertain about what the process will be like. Our first sessions are often focused on getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy. From there, we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, guided by curiosity, reflection, and your goals for growth or healing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and there is no “right way” to do it—however you arrive is a perfectly good place to begin.
If you’re interested in working together, the first step is reaching out through the contact form or email to schedule an initial appointment.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and talking about what brings you to therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable—there’s no expectation to have everything figured out right away.
From there, we can begin exploring your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy, moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

My practice operates on a private pay basis, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Many people choose private pay because it offers greater privacy, flexibility in treatment, and more freedom in the length and focus of therapy.
Payment is due at the time of service. I can also provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
If you have questions about fees or payment, please feel free to reach out.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your medical or mental health care.
If you are not using insurance, you may request an estimate of the expected charges for services before you begin treatment. This estimate will outline the anticipated cost of sessions and any related services.
You also have the right to dispute a bill if it is significantly higher than the Good Faith Estimate provided. For questions about your estimate or your rights under this law, please feel free to ask.
Additional information about your rights can be found at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
